How two-way sync works
What gets synced and when
SrvTalk → Google Calendar
- New bookings appear as calendar events
- Rescheduled appointments update the event time
- Cancelled appointments remove the event
Google Calendar → SrvTalk
- Events deleted in Google Calendar cancel the appointment
- Changes detected via Google push notifications
Events are created in your primary Google Calendar. Customer email is added as an attendee so they receive a calendar invite automatically.
